We are looking for a Geotechnical Specialist with strong technical expertise and analytical capabilities to join our multidisciplinary team and contribute to the safe, efficient, and sustainable development of infrastructure, building, mining, energy, and civil works projects. The selected candidate will be responsible for evaluating ground conditions, interpreting geotechnical investigations, developing design and construction recommendations, and collaborating closely with civil, structural, hydraulic, environmental, and construction teams to mitigate risks related to soil and subsurface behavior.
This role requires deep knowledge of soil mechanics, rock mechanics, foundations, slope stability, excavations, ground improvement, and soil-structure interaction analysis. The Geotechnical Specialist will participate in all project stages, from preliminary studies and geotechnical exploration campaigns to design reviews, technical supervision, and construction support. The role also involves interpreting laboratory and field test results, developing site geotechnical models, and issuing clear, accurate technical reports that support decision-making.
We are seeking someone with sound engineering judgment, attention to detail, and strong communication skills to present complex findings in a way that is understandable to clients, contractors, regulatory authorities, and internal teams. Experience with applicable standards, geotechnical risk management, and specialized software for modeling, stability analysis, settlement evaluation, bearing capacity, and shallow and deep foundation design will be essential.
